We provide an anonymous mail-shot campaign that helps protect your identity and gets directly to the key decision makers within potential buyers.
- Handling Deal Documents: We can provide expert feedback and input to crucial documents throughout the process. This might include an analysis or drafting of heads of terms, sale & purchase agreements, buyer due diligence documents etc.
- Consultancy Advice: We can step into the process at any time to provide technical or more detailed advice and help to protect your position. Often, with the gold service, your dedicated advisor will have followed the process throughout and can step in with telephone advice, 3rd party liaison, negotiation and facilitation services and by attending crucial meetings to help maximise and protect the value of your deal.
